Get around Portofino
Portofino, Italy is a walker’s joy because cars are not permitted in the town itself. The thing that’s free of charge in Portofino is definitely its scenery, which you can enjoy on an amble around the town. Start with a walk around the harbor, which – covered with costly stores and eateries as it is – is strikingly wonderful, with multi-colored houses lining the quay and large green hills rising behind them. One of the most scenic strolls takes you uphill for around 10 minutes along a well-signposted path from the west side of village.
Definitely, probably the most extraordinary thing concerning Portofino is the lifestyle, so running off and “seeing the scenery” won’t be your essential task when you plan your journey. There are a few distinctive points of interest that may be able to lure you from the beaches, however the sight from the harbor or any of the surrounding beaches is wonderful and one could spend the whole day marveling at it.
